Returns & Exchanges
You can return your gloryfy glasses within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.Requirements for a return:
- Original packaging & no signs of use
- Return shipment includes invoice
Please do not send any shipments without postage! Otherwise, we will have to charge you for any fees incurred.

Refunds
In the event of cancellation, customers bear the direct costs of the return shipment, provided that the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and are free of defects.
For returns, we provide a return label at a cost, depending on the country of delivery:
- Austria: EUR 3.90
- Germany: EUR 5.90
- Switzerland: CHF 8.90
The respective amount will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded or charged separately as part of the reversal process.
For returns from all other countries, no return label will be provided. In these cases, customers must organize the return themselves and send it to the return address provided by us at their own expense.
Notwithstanding this, statutory warranty rights and returns due to defective or damaged goods remain free of charge after clarification with our Customer Service.
