We do not produce disposable products, but stylish, technically sophisticated quality products “Made in Austria” that are designed to bring joy for a lifetime.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
gloryfy unbreakable lenses are made from the patented, unbreakable high-end specialty polymer NBFX. Caution: Pointed or sharp objects can cause scratches on the lenses. Mirrored lenses in particular should be handled with care, as they are more sensitive than non-mirrored lenses. To remove sweat or fingerprints without damaging the mirrored coating, the lenses should always be cleaned as soon as possible with a microfiber cloth.
UNBREAKABLE GLASSES
gloryfy unbreakable glasses are the perfect companions for every situation in life. They withstand all the rigors of everyday life and even offer the best protection for your eyes in extreme situations.
• The frames, temples, and lenses are unbreakable and, thanks to the memory effect, always return to their original position even after severe deformation.
• The patented INCLINOX technology allows you to adjust the temples yourself at any time (cold adjustment) – a secure fit when active, and a looser fit when relaxing.
• gloryfy offers leading lens technology and the highest optical quality and clarity. gloryfy lenses made from NBFXTM provide high-contrast, true-to-color vision through mass tinting and the unique gloryfy Contour Lens technology.
• A major advantage of the NBFXTM material used is its specific gravity of 1.11 g/cm3 – making gloryfy glasses exceptionally lightweight and outperforming conventional materials, which significantly improves wearing comfort.
• Sustainability and short distances between development, production, and distribution are decisive arguments for manufacturing the glasses in Austria.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
gloryfy provides a warranty for your gloryfy glasses in accordance with these warranty conditions. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects and applies to the Unbreakable nature of the gloryfy glasses. gloryfy glasses are Unbreakable when handled properly. Unbreakable refers to the frame, temples, and lenses. This means that gloryfy glasses guarantee you absolute protection during your sports or leisure activities. A copy of the invoice is required as proof of purchase!
Components covered by the warranty will be repaired, or the glasses will be replaced without charging repair costs if the component has a manufacturing or material defect. In the event of a replacement, gloryfy cannot guarantee that you will receive glasses of the same model. If your model is unavailable, you will receive glasses of the same value and a similar design.
EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY ARE
• Scratches and coatings, especially mirror coatings
• Damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, or normal wear and tear
• Lens damage caused by improper cleaning: Use only mild soap and water, never cleaning solutions. Use
only the microfiber cloth provided for cleaning.
• Warning: Repeatedly bending the frame or temples in quick succession may deactivate the memory effect and thereby alter the molecular structure of the material (the bent area becomes warm), which may cause a crack to form in the plastic.
gloryfy shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, indirect, special, or punitive damages, or claims of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based on contract, tort, strict product liability, or any other legal theory. This also applies if gloryfy has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the limited remedies provided in this document have failed of their essential purpose. gloryfy’s liability is limited exclusively to replacement or repair up to the amount of the purchase price paid. This decision is at gloryfy’s sole discretion.
Claiming the warranty or other repairs for the glasses: When claiming warranty services, send your glasses, a copy of the proof of purchase, and a description of the defect to the gloryfy Headquarter, 6262 Schlitters, Dorfstr. 11, Austria. gloryfy strongly recommends insuring your shipment and adequately protecting the glasses for shipping. gloryfy accepts no liability whatsoever for the loss of or damage to products during shipping.
Instructions for use: gloryfy sunglasses and prescription glasses are designed to shield against daylight, protect against harmful sunlight under normal conditions, and correct visual impairments of any kind. Do not use outside the specified intended purpose. Depending on storage and use, the glasses should be used for no more than 5 years.
Warnings: gloryfy sunglasses must not be used for direct observation of the sun! The sunglasses are not suitable for use while driving at dusk or at night. The glasses must not be exposed to UV radiation from artificial sources. They are not intended for use as eye protection against
mechanically induced hazards.
Cleaning: The glasses are cleaned with mild soap and water. Do not use dirty or abrasive cleaning cloths, as they may alter the properties of the lenses.
Declaration of Conformity: IQ brand, design & production GmbH hereby declares that the product “gloryfy sunglasses” complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment, Directive 2001/95/EC, and the standard ISO 12312-1:2013+A1:2015, and that “gloryfy prescription glasses” comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices. www.gloryfy.com/konformitaetserklaerungen
